Become a provider

Nomos sells tutoring and related services and engages independent instructors to deliver them. To keep quality high, every instructor goes through a short onboarding before their services appear publicly.

Steps

   Sign up with a Provider account

   Create your account and pick Offer services as your intent.

   Contact us to agree your fee

   Email support@nomoslabs.biz with your name, category, and expected volume. We'll reply within one business day with a proposed fee.

   Complete your provider profile

   Add your photo, bio, location, languages, and years of experience.

   Publish a service listing

   Add a title, description, price, and photos. It will be markedUnder review until we approve it — usually within one business day.

   Go live

   Once approved, your service appears in browse and search, and customers can contact you through the platform.

Your fee

Nomos sets the price at which it sells each service. Your fee is what Nomos pays you to deliver it, agreed by email before you go live and depending on your service type and volume. It is not a share of what any particular customer pays.

Payouts (MVP)

Customers pay Nomos by wire transfer. After a service has been delivered, Nomos pays your fee on our regular payment cycle. Your fee is payable by Nomos and does not depend on any individual customer payment. See how payments work for details.

Holdback. We retain 15% of each fee and release it 60 days after the service was delivered, provided no refund request or dispute relating to it is open. The holdback covers refunds we may have to issue for services that were not delivered as agreed — see our Refund Policy and the contractor agreement you accept when you join.

Schools and agencies

If you are an organization delivering services through your own staff — a school, tutoring centre, or agency — the steps above still apply, but we work with you under a separate written agreement covering fees, payouts, staff accounts, and refund responsibility. That agreement takes precedence over the provider terms in our Terms of Service where the two differ.
